In 1972, the wider mouth borosilicate 3.3 glass bottles with metric GL 45 glass threads were introduced in Germany. Our innovative history progressed alongside the evolution of the laboratory media bottles which saw the introduction of square lab bottles, pressure-resistant versions, and the truly wide-mouth GLS 80® bottles.
MYCAP® with GL45 threads fits onto popular glass 500mL bottles. Air vent port with 0.2µm hydrophobic PES membrane filter. Inlet|outlet port with plug and dip tube optimized for 100mm tall bottles (eg, Corning® Pyrex® Round Media, Duran® Protect, etc).
